Welcome to Sea Sisters!
We are a wāhine-focused surf school, based in Hawke’s Bay, New Zealand. Our goal is to create spaces for wāhine to connect, inspire and empower themselves through the medium of surfing.
We have a variety of programmes and work with many different organisations across Te Matau-a-Māui, so make sure to check out what we offer as there’s sure to be something for you!
Surfing has the amazing ability to change people’s lives, and that’s something we want to share with as many people as we can.

Events
Spreading the love of surfing to our community is really important to us!
Throughout the year we hold events to promote women’s surfing and providing access to surfing to those that may not otherwise have to opportunity to learn to surf.
We hold wāhine surf meet-ups every month, on top of other events for the Hawke’s Bay community.
